We ship nationwide in 2-3 business days via Xend or LBC Express.

Does Blink offer buyer protection?
Yes, anyone who purchases any product at Blink is automatically protected. All payments are put on hold until the shipment arrives. In case a seller fails to deliver, we will immediately refund the amount paid.
How secure is my online order at Blink?
Online orders Blink.com.ph uses industry-standard SSL encryption during online transactions. These transactions are hosted on secure connections, certificated by GeoTrust RapidSSL CA. Our credit card processing adheres to international PCI (payment card industry) compliance standards for data security.
How can I earn 'My rewards points' and how can I use it?
Any registered member can earn one Blink rewards points for every 100 pesos purchased online (excluding shipping cost). Rewards points, currently, can be used to buy other items at Blink. Later this year, Blink will allow members to convert their points to prepaid load, gift-vouchers, access to "VIP" membership and more.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 7 days of your orders’ estimated delivery date if you're dissatisfied with your purchase due to a defects in the quality of items or inaccuracies on description of the seller. Please visit our Returns Policy page for more information.
How can I return my order?
Simply login to your account and open the order you wish to return. Select the 'Registration for return' link and select the reason for returning the product. We will contact you with further instructions after this step. Please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
How can I track the status of my order?
Automated emails are sent by our system to update you on the status of your order. You can also search for your order on our Orders page to check the status. To track the delivery of your order, simply select the Shipping information tab and click on the tracking number.
Can I purchase an item and have it delivered to another address as a gift for someone else?
Yes. During the checkout process you can enter a different shipping address for each order you make.
Do you ship outside the Philippines?
Yes and No :) With the exception of eBooks, online orders are limited only to delivery areas in the Philippines. If you wish to have an item delivered outside the Philippines, please contact us for special arrangements.
