General Questions
It’s my first time here. How does this website work?
Welcome to Blink! Blink.com.ph works just like your favorite bookstore, you browse or search for stuff to buy then checkout. All you have to do is enter the book title or keywords in the search bar, or browse through the different categories to find the book or gift you wish to buy. Then click the “add to cart" button to add items to your cart. When you're ready to go, just proceed with the secure checkout, pay your order and your package will be delivered to your doorstep.
Who sells books on Blink?
Aside from our own collection, other hard-to-find and bargain books are sold on our Marketplace by other sellers. Click here for a list of participating sellers.
Am I protected from online fraud and scams?
Yes, we make sure we do everything to make shopping at Blink as risk free as possible. All purchases, including orders from our Marketplace, is protected. In case a seller fails to deliver, we will make sure to refund the amount paid.
How secure are my online transactions here at Blink?
Blink uses an industry-standard encryption across all online transactions. These transactions are hosted on secure connections and our credit card processing adheres to international PCI (payment card industry) compliance standards for data security.
Do you sell both brand new and used books?
Yes, we offer brand new books as well as used books with varying conditions (further classified as like new, good, and acceptable).
Do you ship books abroad?
Yes and No :) With the exception of eBooks, online orders are limited to deliveries in the Philippines. If you wish to have an item delivered outside the country, please contact us for special arrangements.
Do you offer cash-on-delivery (COD) arrangements?
As of the moment, Blink does not offer COD arrangements. We are considering this in the future.
Do you do meet-ups instead?
Our core business is to provide a hassle free online shopping experience and delivering books at your doorsteps. While we love to meet our customers, we do not do meet ups.
I found a nice book. How do I know if it's available?
All books or products that are available and on-stock are labeled with the Add to Cart button and with the number of stocks that are still on shelf. Otherwise, the item will instead be marked as Currently unavailable.
Do you offer wholesale discount?
Depending on the quantity and availability, we can offer special discounts for volume orders. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, or chat with our representatives to coordinate your request.
Order and Payment
Do I need to register to place an order?
It is not necessary. You can choose to shop here as a guest customer during checkout.
Do you require a minimum amount of order?
Blink does not require any minimum amount. We encourage you, however, to take advantage of our 95 pesos flat fee shipping or Free shipping for orders above 1,000 Pesos.
What payment methods do you accept?
Blink accepts the following payment methods for all orders: Credit card, Paypal, EON, bank payments through BDO and BPI, and Gcash.

I received a gift voucher from Blink, how do I use it in the order?
Just type in the gift voucher code during step#3 of the checkout process. The amount of the gift voucher should be discounted accordingly from the order totals. For more help on this, you can also chat with our representatives or contact us.
How come the item I ordered showed “currently unavailable” after I made the order?
When a book you ordered becomes unavailable after your checkout, this means that you have ordered its last stock available.
I chose bank deposit for my payment, how do I go about it?
Immediately after checkout, you will be directed to a page containing payment instructions and the details of the bank account . Once the payment is made, you are requested to confirm with us the details of your payment deposit so we can process your order.
I chose Gcash for my payment, how do I go about it?
After completing your order, you can send your Gcash payment to the Gcash account details displayed immediately after checkout.
How do I know the status of my order?
Blink will inform you through e-mail and/or sms whenever the status of your order changes (usually during processing, after shipping, and upon completion of your order). Once your order is shipped, you can track its status using the tracking number provided for your shipment.
I would like to cancel my order, how do I do it?
Please inform our staff, through chat or by contacting our hotlines, as soon as you have decided to cancel an order you earlier placed. Please note, however, that cancellations cannot be made on orders that have already been shipped.
My order was declined, can I still try to open the order and pay for it?
Yes, and you can do this by logging in to your account, clicking Orders, and then the order ID of that declined order. From the order page, you can scroll below to find the "Pay order" button. First, choose your payment method for your order, and then click the "Pay Order" button to finish.
My order failed or got declined, what can I do about it?
Please request for assistance (through chat or by contacting our hotlines) for failed or incompleted orders.
Shipping and Delivery
How much do you charge for shipping?
Blink charges a flat rate shipping fee of 95 pesos for all local deliveries, regardless of the quantity of books placed in an order. More details on shipping and delivery may be found here.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
For Metro Manila orders, our shipping time frame is 1-2 business days. On the other hand, customers from outside Metro Manila can expect to receive their orders after 2-3 business days. For more details on our delivery of orders, please go here.
Which courier do you use for delivering orders?
2GO is the courier used by Blink for delivery of books. We occasionally use other couriers like Xend and LBC. Please take note that sellers from Blink Marketplace may use other courier services.
My package hasn’t arrived yet after some time, what do I do?
If your package fails to arrive after the expected delivery period, please feel free to inform us about it. You may also contact the courier assigned to service the order, and present to them the shipment's tracking number provided by Blink.
Can I ask from you for a tracking number of my order?
Yes, and we encourage you to do this if it was not provided for you in the shipment details of your order.
I might be out when the package for my order arrives, what do I do?
You may authorize other persons (like relatives living in the same house or officemates) to receive the package for you. If no one is expected to receive your order when it arrives, kindly inform our staff ahead of time so that arrangements for shipping at a later date may be made
Can I still return items that I ordered from Blink?
Yes, you may still return books/products you ordered within 7 days after delivery, and upon satisfaction of conditions stipulated on Blink’s Returns Policy.
Your Blink Account
What is an account on Blink for and why do I have to create one?
We suggest you register for an account on Blink to help you manage your previous transactions with us, including your past orders, downloads of e-books, the rewards points you have gained from all your purchases, etc. This also entitles you to participate in a number of our promos and contests reserved to registered users.
I forgot the password to my account, what do I do?
You can click the Forgot your password? link, in order to start the password recovery process. You’ll then have to provide your e-mail address, where the link to reset your password will be sent. For more assistance on this, you can click here to chat with our representatives.
How do I view my past orders through my Blink account?
Simply log-in to your Blink account, then click your name on the top-right corner of the page then select Orders or simply go to blink.com.ph/orders.
Your Blink Wallet
What is the Blink Wallet?
The Blink Wallet serves as a virtual wallet for the cash rebates that you earn from purchasing books and other items from Blink. This wallet can also be used to store refunds, change for excess payments, and rewards. You'll earn 1% cash back for every purchase you make, which is automatically credited to your Blink Wallet balance once your order is completed. And you can use these points to discount a portion of your next order, or collect them instead so you can use them to completely pay for an order!
How do I use my wallet's balance when ordering on Blink?
You can use your balance during the “Payment and Shipping” step of the checkout process. There, you will be asked to indicate the peso value you would wish to spend for the order. Once done, you can click “Apply” to proceed with your order.
Do the cash rebates have expiration dates?
Unlike in other rewards programs, your balance will not expire, and you can just continue collecting them, and then use it whenever you would wish to.
