How can I pay for my order?

Blink accepts the following payment methods for all orders: Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, BDO and BPI bank payments, Gcash and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is currently available for deliveries to Metro-Manila and selected areas in Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal.

Where can I find the payment instructions?

The bank or GCash payment instructions are displayed during and after checkout. The details are also received via email and you have the option, after checkout, to receive the details via SMS.

When do I get my shipment?

Delivery of your order takes 1-5 business days upon confirmation of your payment. For complete details, please visit our Shipping and Delivery page.

If your package doesn't arrive after the expected delivery period, please don't hesitate to inform us. You may also contact the courier assigned to deliver the order, and present to them the shipment's tracking number provided by Blink.

How do I place an order?

Do you do meetups?

For interests of convenience and security of our customers, we currently do not arrange meetups.

How can I modify my order?

There are ways to change certain details of your order.

If you need to change your payment method or shipping address, please contact us right away with the correct information. Please take note that we may not be able to change the shipping address if the order has been shipped.

How can I cancel my order?

Please inform our staff, through chat or by contacting our hotlines, as soon as you have decided to cancel an order you earlier placed. Please note, however, that cancellations cannot be made on orders that have already been shipped.

Can I just pickup at a nearby 2GO branch?

If you wish to pick up your order at a 2GO branch, you need to use the branch address as the shipping address of your order. To do this, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Step 2 of the checkout page.

Step 2: Enter the address of the desired 2GO branch as the shipping address then click "Save".

To know if your package is ready for pickup, you may contact the 2GO branch, or monitor through the order's tracking number. Please present one (1) valid ID and provide the tracking number of the order. The item will be returned to Blink, if not collected within 8 business days.
