Returns & Exchanges

Blink and authorized sellers guarantees the condition of every item as it's described on our Website. You are eligible for a refund or exchange within a minimum of 7 days of your orders' estimated delivery date if you're dissatisfied with your purchase due to defects in the quality of items, inaccuracies on description of the seller or if the item doesn't arrive. Some sellers may provide longer time limit for returns and this should be indicated in the product details.

In compliance to DTI's Return and Exchange Policy, customers are advised to adhere to the following conditions:

  • In case of request to exchange an item, the items should be in good condition, in its original packaging and unused. It can be exchanged to a similar item of the same price or higher value, depending on stock availability from the same seller. The customer will be charged additional cost for a replacement item with a higher price. The customer shall shoulder all shipment costs involved.
  • In case an item is found to be damaged or has lower quality than described, the item can be replaced by a similar item of the same price or higher value, depending on stock availability from the same seller. Upon customer's request, a full or partial refund can also be made in cash or in form of a cash coupon. The customer will be charged additional cost for a replacement item with a higher price. If the problem was caused by Blink.com.ph Inc. or the seller, the following shipping arrangement will apply.
    • Incorrect product sent by mistake – seller should shoulder any shipping cost involved with the exchange.
    • Damaged product or the condition of the book is different from what is advertised – Customer shoulders return shipping. However, if the problem was proven to be caused by the sellers, seller should shoulder refund shipping costs. If damaged by courier, seller should arrange insurance claim.
    • Book never arrived – If lost by courier, seller should arrange insurance claim. Courier will shoulder any additional shipping.

Please be aware that you are not entitled to a refund or exchange (under the IRR of R.A. 7394 of the Consumer Act of the Philippines), if your reason for returning a product falls on any of the following:

  • Sudden change of mind upon purchase
  • Defect caused by mishandling on the part of the customer
  • The discovery of a much lower price of the same item from another store/site, once the sale is consummated.
  • Not being aware of the books declared condition (for used books)

In case a refund is necessary, Blink or authorized sellers reserves the right to choose the method for the refund (cash, bank deposit, etc). Any bonus points accumulated from the purchase shall also be forfeited.
